For this occasion, we will integrate to our usual offer a broader variety of produces with the goal to attract both a more local and touristic public. The main goal will be to promote the Danish food scene through a more local and sustainable consumption, in a moment of the year usually affected by high level of consumerism.

We will give space to local producers to sell their goods (honey, vinegars, ciders, preserves, flowers decorations, bee-wax candles etc.) and the possibility for people to buy different and unique presents and ingredients to bring back home with them.

We are also planning leisure and educative workshops to run during the markets always with the intent to spread knowledge and awareness about sustainable and alternative food productions and consumption.

During the day there will also be the possibility to eat and drink Christmas produce made using ingredients from the market and to listen to local Christmas cores.
